I hope that everyone will join me in welcoming Greg and Deanna Chase to the Glass Addiction's interviews. I felt that it would be very interesting to hear from a married couple of glass artists and learn what if any problems they face working in the same art form. Our newest interview is with Drew Fritts, the featured artist at this year's Wheaton Village Marble Weekend. I am very excited about our current interview. It is with one of my favorite glass artists, Brad Pearson. His marbles and beads are wonderfully geomtric and symmetrical. They draw you in and invite you to rotate them around and around, pondering the changing patterns and colors. I have a difficult time passing up one of Brad's marbles when I see it for sale... and I hope that you will have trouble passing up his interview. Read and enjoy!

Our newest interview is with Japanese bead and marble artist, Ayako Hattori. The first time that you see Ayako's beautiful work, you are immediately impressed with her percise work and attention to the smallest details.
